Quick Synopsis:

Frank’s wife, Nola, is under the care of an strange unconventional psychologist (Dr. Raglan) who uses “psychoplasmics” to manifest their negative emotions into physical changes in their bodies. Frank notices welts on the back of his daughter’s (Candice) back after visiting with her mother. In his attempt to legally prevent further visitation he uncovers the deadly and sinister results from his wife’s treatment.

The Bad:

• This movie is slow to get started.

The Good:

• The broodlings are disturbing on so many levels.
• I think getting beat in the head with a meat tenderizer is just as nasty as any of those SAW contraptions.

Final Thoughts:

A very good creepy movie. It is another example how low tech special effects done right can be pretty freaky.
This movie is slow to get going but it gets crazy in a hurry.
